麵質:
傳統拉麵麵底, 好彩冇鹼水味, 拉麵浸耐左都唔會太淋

配料:
一片雞肉, 一片豚肉:  雞胸肉唔嚡, 涷食覺得味道普通, 浸番熱就有啲味, 還算可以
                               叉燒肉味幾香, 好食過丸京🤣

炸牛蒡: 呢間店隱藏招牌菜 (其實想試炸牛蒡而黎), 食落似薯片味, 脆口中帶少少甘味。 如果浸湯後再食會有少少苦澀味, 亦難咬左, 但浸湯後牛蒡味更濃

棵木煙燻糖芯蛋: 用木燻過既蛋, 入口好有蛋味之餘亦帶有少少木香味, 個人幾幾鍾意隻蛋。

以 $183蚊碗拉麵都幾貴下, 雖然好食但冇好驚艷感覺

雞白湯拉麵
這裡的大名鼎鼎的雞白湯拉麵超驚喜,特濃的雞白湯底味道濃郁,配上香脆的炸牛蒡,層次感非常豐富。

每一口都能感受到濃厚的雞湯香氣,同時師傅也處理得非常好,就算湯頭咁濃郁都唔會有雞的蘇味。

搭配著滑順的麵條,真的是讓人欲罷不能,餓起上黎仲可以追加牛蒡雞肉飯,拌入剩下的拉麵湯汁。



日式炸雞

另外,還點了他們的日式炸雞

用的是來自九州的雞腿肉,經過醃製後炸至外層金黃酥脆,裡面卻保持著嫩滑多汁。

搭配上帶酸味的鹽和青蔥,口感更是絕妙,讓人每一口都忍不住再來一塊。

評分:★★★★ 【雞白湯沾麵】:呢個沾麵真係唔錯,湯底好濃郁,雞味十足,唔會太鹹。湯底用咗大量雞骨熬製,味道豐富而且有層次感。麵條彈牙,浸落湯度每一口都好滿足。雞肉好嫩滑,應該係用咗低溫慢煮嘅方法,保持咗肉質嘅鮮嫩。配埋炸牛蒡,口感豐富,炸牛蒡脆口而且帶有淡淡嘅甜味,為整體味道加分不少。每一啖都食到湯底嘅濃郁同麵條嘅彈牙,真係一個享受。  【座銀炸雞】:炸雞外脆內嫩,唔會太油膩。每一啖都食到雞肉嘅鮮味,應該係用咗新鮮雞肉,炸得恰到好處。外皮炸得金黃酥脆,內裡嘅雞肉保持咗鮮嫩多汁。配埋佢哋特製嘅醬汁,酸甜適中,為炸雞增添咗一層獨特嘅風味。每一口都係一種享受,真係令人回味無窮。 【環境】:餐廳環境好舒適,裝修簡約有格調。唯一嘅缺點係冷氣有啲凍,建議帶件外套。座位安排得好寬敞,唔會覺得擠迫。  【總結】:Zagin Soba嘅食物質素不錯,雖然價錢有啲貴,但絕對值得一試。

【雞白湯沾麵】:

餐廳環境好舒適,裝修簡約有格調。唯一嘅缺點係冷氣有啲凍,建議帶件外套。座位安排得好寬敞,唔會覺得擠迫。

Zagin Soba嘅食物質素不錯,雖然價錢有啲貴,但絕對值得一試。

呢間日本過江龍拉麵雖然唔近地鐵 位置唔係好方便 但成日都好多人排隊 今次就等我地試下係唔係真係咁好食啦!我地試左雞白湯同海鮮湯底拉麵 佢地有湯麵同沾麵揀 我地一行6人(其中一個係外國人) 所以都試曬 我地一致認為海鮮湯拉麵係最好味 比個個都推嘅雞白湯仲好味 海鮮湯係以雞拉麵湯底作基礎,加入研磨嘅蝦乾同魚乾一齊烹調,所以個湯底有好濃厚嘅海鮮鮮味😋除咗湯底正之外,隔離嘅牛蒡絲炸到好香脆,配埋拉麵食簡直就係perfect!炸雞都好脆好juicy 😋總括而言,嘢食同服務都一流,但價錢偏進取。價錢:海鮮雞拉麵 $148炸雞 $58

海鮮湯係以雞拉麵湯底作基礎,加入研磨嘅蝦乾同魚乾一齊烹調,所以個湯底有好濃厚嘅海鮮鮮味😋除咗湯底正之外,隔離嘅牛蒡絲炸到好香脆,配埋拉麵食簡直就係perfect!
