To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

焗法式地道古也芝士洋蔥湯($78) + 法式焗蝸牛($98) + 慢火煮紅酒和牛面肉($268) + 黑松露醬野菌意粉($138) + 酥皮蘋果批配雪糕($78) (晚市/另加一)中環人介紹呢間上樓法國菜小店，地點非常易搵，由娛樂行行上德已立街，行幾步見到間7仔隔離大廈就係喇，方便✌🏻裝修走比較平實舒適路線，晚市經Openrice訂座有75折，我地叫咗一個湯、一客蝸牛、一個main、一碟意粉、一客甜品，每碟份量合理，埋單唔使六百蚊，以中環地段嚟講好經濟👏🏻👏🏻店員有禮貌，做嘢速度快靚正，經常主動換碟，唔會一氣上哂所有食物，會等客人食完一碟先再上下一碟，服務貼心讚😌❣️先嚟個法式芝士洋蔥湯，熱到辣口🤩湯上面有件芝士麵包，淋哂嘅洋蔥好香濃🧅田螺好耐冇食過，勁香口🐌黑松露醬野菌意粉用蒜片同蘑菇炒得好香，鑊氣好夠，意粉條條爽身，睇落平平無奇食落我比100分😋👍🏻慢火煮紅酒和牛面肉腍嫩入味，輕輕一咬即溶超軟綿；臨尾食埋酥皮蘋果批配雪糕做個happy ending🤟🏻蘋果批焗得比較乾身，配果仁雲呢拿雪糕，一凍一熱一齊食掂💜
