To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次朋友帶我到中環食創新日本菜🇯🇵餐廳燈光微暗💡有格調看見餐牌菜式選擇非常多選擇困難症的我們直接果斷點了Joe’s Tasting Menu套餐內容豐富每位$1180✤ 前菜鮮甜蟹肉🦀加上咸香魚子醬鮮味瞬間大爆發而且師傅好貼心將蟹肉放在匙羮上可以整啖蟹肉一口吃下去非常滿足😌✤ 刺身當中有拖羅、油甘魚、左口魚邊、吞拿魚沙律和磯煮鮑魚拖羅🐟非常肥美油脂感滿滿而清酒鮑魚最有驚喜彈牙入味又鮮甜而呑拿魚沙律則是較西式的做法上面加了沙律菜🥗、橄欖油和黑醋味道清新開胃✤ 壽司合共五件壽司🍣令我印象最深刻的是辣吞拿魚他他炸壽司壽司炸到脆卜卜但內裏軟糯口感非常特別而北海道海膽壽司亦很鮮甜✤ 天婦羅辣三文魚及比目魚天婦羅酥脆香口不油膩✤ 佐賀和牛薄燒肥美的A5和牛卷🐂上大量香葱蒜片🧄相當惹味✤ 龍蝦湯稻庭烏冬龍蝦湯底超級濃郁上枱已飄來陣陣香氣稻庭烏冬除了滑溜之餘亦不失煙韌口感而且可以掛上香濃湯汁伴隨的是花竹蝦天婦羅🍤外脆而肉質彈牙但如果分開呈上會比較好以免酥脆外皮被湯汁浸淋✤ 甜品可以選擇京都抹茶雪糕或芝麻雪糕另外還配上生果🍉一碟總結餐廳食物具創意有特色員工服務態度一流難怪平日亦有很多下班族光顧
