To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天去了中環的Tokio Joe 吃他們的Weekend brunch, 價錢是$620成人;$350小童(3-11歲)。所有前菜、壽司卷、燒物、炸物及甜品都可以無限量供應,而且款式非常多,所以我哋沒有選所有款式。先來🦀北海道蟹肉伴海膽精緻小食一客,擺盤非常精緻😍🍣刺身拼盤有季節性美食-深海池魚、兩款吞拿魚腩、吞拿魚、北海道帶子、鰤魚、油甘魚、三文魚及甜蝦😋每款都很新鮮,特別是吞拿魚腩,油花出晒黎🤪入口即溶🫣🐟吞拿魚腩龍蝦卷有龍蝦吞拿魚腩海膽三文魚籽🐠限定季節性鰤魚我地選了鰤魚刺身,上面有啲魚蓉配了脆條及芝麻,非常新鮮😍🦀蟹肉菠菜沙律有大量蟹肉及菠菜,使用了麻醬,甜甜的。🐟香辣吞拿魚他他我只會用超級超級好食 他他裏面有脆片,每粒都是精華,將所有東西混合一起 簡直係吞拿魚他他天花板。🍱吞拿魚天婦羅片辣味蛋黃醬卷佢哋嘅飯唔多每一件都細細粒,但每一件都非常之有口感,所以每一啖都算是精華🥹完全係驚喜。🍙元祖軟殼蟹牛油果卷係佢哋嘅house special,但呢款壽司有八件 也是細細件😍所以一口已經食完唔會太飽,唔會太滯👍🏽由於卷物太好食 店員推介我哋試埋🍣香辣三文魚天婦羅吞拿魚卷中間係香辣三文

有大量蟹肉及菠菜,使用了麻醬,甜甜的。

我只會用超級超級好食 他他裏面有脆片,每粒都是精華,將所有東西混合一起 簡直係吞拿魚他他天花板。

🍱吞拿魚天婦羅片辣味蛋黃醬卷
佢哋嘅飯唔多每一件都細細粒,但每一件都非常之有口感,所以每一啖都算是精華🥹完全係驚喜。

🍗免治雞肉棒
🥹啖啖仔 少少蛋黃汁 唔會好似出面個啲好大舊好漏!

🍨雪糕有綠茶及芝麻味,綠茶是有紅豆的🥹
香蕉天婦羅配士多啤梨醬🍌這個是炸香蕉😙
總括呢個Brunch好抵食又好好食,每款擺盤都很精美!
