To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有日係中環突然想食light啲，Google search yoghurt bowl出左呢間cafe見到啲相又幾靚就決定去試試佢🤓環境🏠室內坐位唔多，大概只有五六個平排而坐嘅座位；如果想面對面坐，就要選坐天井位置。天井位有啲花草擺設，如果為打卡係天氣好時較啱角度係可以打卡able的，但可能咁啱去時落雨，天井比較陰暗，見門口位仲有一張枱，就寧願坐採光較好又開揚啲嘅出面啦😆食物☕️薑黃芒果乳酪碗乳酪碗嘅顏色配搭好靚，望上去令人好有食欲，而配料種類都唔少的，有一整條香蕉，藍梅丶士多啤梨粒丶芒果粒，仲有好脆口嘅焗薯片，配搭乳酪口感幾好的👍🏻不過乳酪份量比較少，整體感覺當輕食是可以的，如果肚餓就建議要加點其他食物了🤣💰乳酪碗$86，另外叫左杯Rose Cafe Latte $48。食物同咖啡賣相好靚，食落飲落質素正常，如果想打卡呢間cafe都還可以的🌸

乳酪碗嘅顏色配搭好靚，望上去令人好有食欲，而配料種類都唔少的，有一整條香蕉，藍梅丶士多啤梨粒丶芒果粒，仲有好脆口嘅焗薯片，配搭乳酪口感幾好的👍🏻不過乳酪份量比較少，整體感覺當輕食是可以的，如果肚餓就建議要加點其他食物了🤣
