🐟Seared Salmon Donburi 火炙三文魚丼🎏—————Grabbed a quick lunch with a colleague and tried their seared salmon Donburi. Both quality and portion size was decent, there were 5-6 pieces of salmon, not the super fatty kind (which is good actually, otherwise would’ve been stuffed!). Flavour was quite plain and had to rely on the wasabi and soy sauce as the seasoning tho. Was expecting a little more for HKD 98, but then again it’s lunch hour in Central, can’t ask for too much🤷🏻♀️昨天跟同事隨便找地方吃，選這家主要原因是沒有人龍。三文魚

昨天跟同事隨便找地方吃，選這家主要原因是沒有人龍。三文魚飯質素尚可，有5-6片，不是超肥美的那種（幸好，不然會太膩)，味道也偏淡，要靠芥末和醬油調味。以質素來說HKD98的定價個人覺得偏貴，不過中環午飯時間情況一般都是這樣🤣
