中環呢間串燒小店,主打串燒。日前同朋友去試,整體感覺唔錯。首先講下白鱔,呢個真係必試之選。白鱔燒得啱啱好,非常外脆,帶有少少煙燻香味。接住落嚟係雞皮,雞皮燒到薯片咁脆。雞頸肉亦係一個亮點,肉質彈牙。雞腎處理得唔錯,冇腥味。至於雞肝,呢個真係有驚喜,燒得剛好,唔會太乾或者太生,入口細膩,味道濃郁。雞軟肉係另一個推薦,配埋啲調味料,更香。再講下一口牛,牛肉粒牛味香,又有油花。蔥油燒牛舌爽口,配埋蔥油。菇類方面,燒得好香,保持住原來嘅鮮味,食落去又軟又滑。豬腩肉肥瘦相間,燒到啱啱好,唔會太油膩,口感豐富。翠玉瓜燒得非常新鮮,保持住脆口嘅口感,清新解膩,係一個好好嘅配菜。最後要提嘅係三文魚飯團,呢個真係有特色,外脆內軟,中間仲有生蛋。呢度每日都有清酒放題2小時,女士$188、男士$258。有清酒🍶、紅白酒🍷🍸、雞尾酒🥃等任飲。
