After a very long one-day trip to GZ and factory, I could finally settle down with some nice food in Central. There are many traditional restaurants in Central. We had 3 stops in the same nite.It was still very hot when we arrived at 8. There were still people taking photos. We chose a table that was not too steep.1.雲吞撈麵:7分, 用豉油撈麵, could not taste much of 鹼水味, 雲吞was not very special.2.牛筋腩河:7分, I ordered 牛筋腩, 阿姐just said they would try to give me 牛筋but no promise, anyhow, I received a big bowl

2.牛筋腩河:7分, I ordered 牛筋腩, 阿姐just said they would try to give me 牛筋but no promise, anyhow, I received a big bowl of 牛筋腩河, with half 牛筋and half 牛腩. 牛筋and 牛腩夠腍, 湯底OK.
In general, the food was good but not the best. Of course, it was always nice to enjoy the traditional Chinese / Hong Kong culture in this century. 大排檔風味was irreplaceable.
July 30 is the last day for 民園. Let me give it a salute!
