To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喜歡食辣嘅我，又點可以錯過係公司附近嘅呢間川菜。有唔同嘅套餐組合，我就叫左有齊粉麵、飲品、小食同甜品嘅套餐。麵類有牛肉麵/大腸麵等熱門選擇，不過我始終對酸辣粉情有獨鍾。有得揀辣度，不過小辣對我已經夠哂惹味。湯底好濃，有大量炸醬同花生。薯粉好煙韌，掛湯感亦不錯。小食三揀一，我揀左泡椒鳳爪，酸酸辣辣嘅冷盤，都幾腍。另外仲有涼拌木耳/蒜泥青瓜。成都老冰粉係我好喜歡嘅四川甜品。冰粉配上芝麻、花生、山揸粒同提子乾，清爽解辣🙌🏻最後飲埋烏梅汁，生津解渴之餘，仲幫助消化添！
