To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說歌賦街開左間新既布丁店，所以我就揀左係佢對面既上海弄堂，諗住食完lunch就過去買呢間上海舖係歌賦街都屹立左好多年了，每次食勝香園都會見到佢，今次終於都入去幫襯啦🙊菜肉餛飩有8隻菜肉餛飩，皮都算薄，菜肉新鮮，比例岩岩好，唯獨是個湯底似用豉油加水開的，較咸花雕醉雞+陽春麵酒味濃郁，但雞件唔夠滑，份量亦都較少，陽春麵就正常發揮上海粗炒上海粗炒係我每次食上海菜必點既食物，呢度用上五花腩片，小棠菜，椰菜一齊炒，好夠味亦都有鑊氣，加少少豆瓣醬一齊食就更加惹味炸銀絲卷饅頭外脆內軟，炸完後入面都仲好鬆軟，點少少煉奶就更滋味中環午市呢個價錢真係算抵食，味道亦都算不錯，岩晒中環返工既朋友
