To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友去大班樓食午飯,早一星期前已訂枱, 因為朋友話午飯時間經常訂滿,叫了頭盤小食 - 麻辣豬耳不錯夠麻和酥炸香菇很脆蘋果雪梨龍眼燉湯, 好味又滋潤主菜十八味豉油雞:雞肉很滑,豉油汁再加藥材,本人覺得普通, 但朋友很喜歡用這種汁送飯.甜品自家杏仁茶,好香又滑,唔會水咁稀.
