同朋友行完大館,沿行人天橋同扶手電梯,行到上史丹頓街,見到此店賣相好似不錯,入去試試入到去見到好多唔同款式嘅日本酒,感覺好pro,而且有室內/室外可以揀嚟坐燒酎(梅酒)- chilhai加梅酒,酒精濃度高,酒香濃烈,但梅酒嘅青梅甜味亦然好出巨峰乳酸梳打 - 巨峰味和乳酸味都很濃,兩者沒有蓋過對方,而且牛舌 - 厚身而爽,不怕韌,牛味重A5和牛粒 - 入口即溶,但牛味亦然很重,很香汁燒雞扒 - 肉質鮮嫩,非常冧滑鹿兒島薩摩雞 - 老闆大力推介嚟個隱藏menu,口感很特別,肉質煙韌,有咬口,而雞味超濃,值得一試半殼蠔 - 一set兩隻,蠔味十足,而且再加入燒汁去燒玉子燒 - 全餐最正嘅一道菜,玉子燒不但做到一層一層的效果,而且香甜軟滑,口感同味道都一流,另外,老闆建議先食原味,然後再加入蘿蔔蓉食,會有兩個層次,果然正
