係中環 Happy Hour 後,上到半山揾食。同朋友一齊行過,意間新開餐廳,睇個名知道應該食fusion菜就試試。天氣咁熱,胃口真係減少,所以依家食飯都鍾意叫個沙律做前菜。意間店鋪沙律菜十分爽脆清甜,夠新鮮。再之後就叫左Royal Ham and Cheese ,意個ham甘味在口腔停留,係好優質既品種。加上熱熔芝士多士一齊伴食,配上紅酒真係好享受。Smoked Chicken Wings 煙燻雞翼 我幫佢個名改左做叫波波雞無骨肉質嫩,雞味濃,真係食晤停口。絕對必叫必叫!!Chicken Ramen (雞湯底) 本以為係清淡口味,原來比同行朋友豬骨湯底更濃郁更香。我將整碗湯飲到一滴不漏。鱈魚 ,賣相不錯,魚肉鮮嫩。是日時令生果,飯後一點清新。第一次食豉油雪糕,味道特別,帶甜但不膩口。不錯的選擇。Cocktails Smoked Old Fashion 帶煙熏味的雞尾酒,酒味較濃。
