To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

即興約左frd係中環食飯， 見到lunch set有八折就一於book左黎食。上一次食已經有一年前喇～set lunch 2 個course， 頭盤湯或沙律 + 主菜 + 咖啡/奶茶～ 我揀左湯： 今日是日餐湯係蘑菇湯。 湯方面比較水狀，略有蘑菇味但係無蘑菇肉，唔似用Blender 打出來嘅蘑菇湯。 可以再好一點～ 伴上一塊toast 。主菜： 香煎黃金雞 - 買相同香味都不錯， 雞件上面放了炸香左嘅番薯絲，底層放左薯菜墊底，件雞扒皮脆唔油膩內軟，都幾juicy！ 証明個廚師都有啲料到～飲品： 凍齋咖啡。 咖啡濃度還好，唔似其他餐廳好似飲水咁。 上openrice book 有8折，都叫唔錯。坐位比較擠迫，訂位都要坐bar枱，天氣又熱又開大對門。如果怕熱嘅你，記住book嘅時候問係唔係坐basement會好啲。
