To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不嬲都好鍾意食辣嘢見呢間價錢響中環來講嚟講都算抵食😆因為瘋狂套餐價只需$98 裏面已經有一碗麵小食飲品同埋甜品瘋狂牛肉麵 $98我朋友叫咗bb辣真係一啲都唔辣😂塊牛肉好厚口感有啲似厚牛展幾好食唔錯👍而且碗面夠哂煙韌唔會煮到糊曬夫妻肺片 (+$32)呢個係小食嚟食落都幾正宗而且好香口非常推薦呢款😍😍瘋狂肥腸麵 $98而我自己當然就會叫最大嘅辣🌶️🌶️🌶️不過又冇想像中咁瘋狂覺得一啲都唔辣可能已經食到冇曬味覺😂嗰肥腸又幾好食但係份量再多返啲就好啦😂😂棒棒雞 (+$32)調味都幾香不過口感比較淋身咗少少差少少但係算正常發揮成都老冰粉我食過幾間成都老冰粉覺得呢一間整得最好食冰粉夠哂爽滑涼浸浸嘅感覺而且入面嘅配料都比較多我食過有啲餐廳整嘅配料俾得好少呢間好闊佬吖🤩🤩烏梅汁味道一般般冇話好特別但係用嚟解辣都唔錯紅肉柚子 (+$6)呢杯幾好飲好重柚子味而且成杯好粉紅色用嚟影相都幾靚😃
