To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚約左朋友仔去大館行下，順便系附近睇下有無咩好西食😋大館地下都有幾間餐廳，我地揀左呢間食點心同飲茶為主的餐廳，睇落環境幾舒服😌嚟到梗系要試吓唔同款嘅點心，原來呢間餐廳的特色系全素的，幾有特色！🫖2916陳年珍藏普洱我偏向飲較濃嘅茶，所以揀左普洱試下，咁岩無哂陳皮普洱，就試吓呢款！一上枱就散發出濃郁的茶香，侍應就俾左我地聞左一聞，帶有淡淡的陳年風味，口感順滑。🫖月光白茶朋友驚夜晚瞓唔著，專登揀左無咁濃嘅白茶，白茶飲落清爽怡人，入口清淡，茶葉的花香與茶味相得益彰。🍲是日老火湯今日系粉葛湯，有滿滿嘅粉葛，份量都幾多，而湯濃郁而鮮甜，喝後讓人感到舒暢，有清熱的作用。🐷黑松露燒賣(2粒）香氣撲鼻，咬下去有爽脆的口感，每粒都充滿黑松露的風味，因為系素的關係，唔系用豬肉去整，較一般的煙韌，口感唔錯。而且入面加入素片，令口感更豐富！🫔素蠔皇鮮竹卷與平時食開的鮮竹卷差唔多，但系呢度的餡料份量好足，滿滿的菇岩哂我的口味，而且口感鮮嫩，搭配豐富的醬汁，令人回味無窮。🧆炸香酥素豬肉(3粒)炸香酥素豬肉的外皮酥脆，炸粉唔會好厚，素豬肉食落同一般嘅豬肉口感有點不同，但都非常美味。外表炸到金黃色，賣相非常吸引🤩🦐
