本身係餐廳門口打緊卡,有磚石嘅牆、拱門的設計。之後比「1862」紅色霓紅燈牌吸引咗,發現原來係大館的新餐廳,主打西班牙菜式🇪🇸烤加利西亞章魚腿伴及綠色香芹醬用料上乘,選用西班牙章魚🐙,夠正宗。章魚腿好粗壯,以為咬到牙都軟,點知好輕易咬開,Q彈富彈性。配上2款醬-綠色香芹醬點綴一點色彩;Riojia 辣椒醬,微辣過癮~菠菜薯仔奄列好巨型又厚身的奄列~菠菜、薯仔、蛋撈埋一齊食,有綿密的口感,真材實料,全個奄列都塞滿菠菜,一啲空位都冇。啤酒漿炸鱈魚外皮酥脆,又夠薄皮,內裏的鱈魚肉質鮮嫩,魚味清香,秘製的他他醬加入炸刺山柑酸味味,更開胃。傅統焦糖雞蛋布丁配忌廉烤杏仁蛋香與奶香交織,配埋堅果香氣的杏仁一齊食增加香脆口感~今次體驗到藝術與美食的美妙融合
