其實上桌時覺得分量有點小,但吃起來是剛剛好的兩人分量~

與焗龍蝦湯同煮,煮至收乾水,盡吸鮮味精華(龍蝦味不算很濃,但也鮮味滿滿)
吃起來像煎脆了的米粉,口感絕佳😍

Churro麵漿唧成圓圈炸起,成為三文治的兩片麵包,中間夾上雲呢拿雪糕,冰火交融,相當吸引✨,也可以蘸上黑朱古力醬!
Churro味道不錯,肉桂味很香,只是炸得久了一點,變得較硬脆,如果中間可以再軟一點就perfect!

We ordered 5 dishes and while they didn’t take long to come out, the food itself wasn’t wow but it was eatable. I looked closely and saw hair in my rice. It was really integrated into the rice and I struggle to pull it out. When the long hair finally came out we discreetly and nicely told the servers about it and they took the dish away and did not apologise or say anything to try and make things better . I really think they can do better especially with their customer care and the people working in the kitchen because they have some serious competition.
