Churro味道不錯,肉桂味很香,只是炸得久了一點,變得較硬脆,如果中間可以再軟一點就perfect!

很久沒有放假,今日趁放假和老公去中環逛逛,順便慶祝生日,同事介紹中環大管這間新餐廳,食物有水準,裝修精緻華麗是慶祝生好選擇。過了午飯時間,人流比較少,店員親切有禮,打開餐牌食物還多選擇先點了一個小吃、火腿些利酒炒蜆、帶點鹹香的火腿加上香草再配上蛋拿的蜆肉,非常美味吃西班牙菜,必點傳統的西班牙海鮮飯,海鮮飯粒粒飽滿,吸入龍蝦湯的精華,每一啖也濃郁美美,海鮮有青口大蜆和蝦、全部都新鮮美味,上枱時還熱辣辣,一盤份量也不少,足夠四人吃原隻海蝦焗龍蝦湯煮 No.0 碎意粉、原來0號的意粉很幼、有點像炒米粉,但係落有口感,用同蝦湯煮食,吃落更加惹味,而且大蝦大大隻,食落新鮮彈牙,值得一試
