今日去左中環食巴西菜,試下呢個BRAZILIAN STYLE LUNCH 。我哋揀嗰個係「DAILY HOT SIDE DISHES+ $90 CHURRASCO PARA O ALMOÇO LUNCH CHURRASCO」,餐廳設計好有feel,大廳中庭擺晒好多唔同嘅巴西前菜同小食任大家食,加$90HKD 就有有好多唔同嘅燒烤肉類可以慢慢嘆。我地坐低咗一陣飲啖水,老闆娘就叫我哋快啲去吧到拎野食😹好熱情。我拎咗第1 round前菜真係癲咗超多嘢揀!每款小食都好精心炮製。有新鮮沙律|醃薯仔|西蘭花|青口芝麻吞拿魚|Parma Ham |cheese蜜瓜|哈密瓜|我特別鍾意嘅係醃薯仔,口感唔係超軟腍嗰款,有少少爽口但係個口感好特別好香濃。大大粒青口超新鮮,好重海水鹹味。佢嘅醃料唔係好多,我見佢有檸檬同香草。可以食返海鮮嘅原汁原味。芝麻吞拿魚醃料好入味,亦都非常鮮甜。成個牌排盤好靚好細緻。哈密瓜同蜜瓜又甜又多汁,成熟度啱啱好。淨係前菜我已經食到飽飽地。但係我已經盡量忍住留返個胃試佢啲燒肉。呢到食燒肉嘅體驗好有趣,靚仔哥哥會將成舊燒好既肉熱辣辣咁樣拎出嚟喺你面前切,然後切到咁上下佢會邀請你自己

我特別鍾意嘅係醃薯仔,口感唔係超軟腍嗰款,有少少爽口但係個口感好特別好香濃。

大大粒青口超新鮮,好重海水鹹味。佢嘅醃料唔係好多,我見佢有檸檬同香草。可以食返海鮮嘅原汁原味。

芝麻吞拿魚醃料好入味,亦都非常鮮甜。
成個牌排盤好靚好細緻。

哈密瓜同蜜瓜又甜又多汁,成熟度啱啱好。

淨係前菜我已經食到飽飽地。但係我已經盡量忍住留返個胃試佢啲燒肉。

呢到食燒肉嘅體驗好有趣,靚仔哥哥會將成舊燒好既肉熱辣辣咁樣拎出嚟喺你面前切,然後切到咁上下佢會邀請你自己用夾夾住嚿肉自己擺喺碟。好funny😂。另外就係佢會有個牌仔俾你,still hungry定係full full no more啦😹如果你still hungry嘅話佢會不停咁樣過嚟俾肉你😳

BBQ pork rips|

烤肉類好高質,肉質鮮嫩多汁無腥味。
煙燻嘅BBQ味將唔同肉類嘅味道既層次都完全昇華。份量都好誇張,因為你未夠飽係會食到你飽為止。讚and crazy!😹夠晒豪華。

我最印象深刻系列:
烤牛臀:入口肥美香口,脂肪同埋臀部肌肉相間夾住,感覺有啲似牛五花。但係口感好彈牙多汁鮮嫩。仲要烤到熟度岩岩好!超perfect

烤雞肉:
唔知道係咪進口嘅巴西雞肉,但係肉質同平時喺香港食到嘅雞肉肉質唔一樣。肥美程度係好驚喜。啲汁會爆曬出嚟。鮮味Double。燒到燶燶地既外皮,好讚!

BBQ pork rips
本身我麻麻哋豬肉,因為成日覺得有陣嘅臊味。但係呢個Rips係燒到入口即溶嘅口感。BBQ醬好濃,味道係煙熏甜甜地。我都抵擋唔住,絕對一流!
