To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

無意之中經過呢間小清新餐廳由白雪雪嘅室內走到小花園嘅室外店主係餐牌上好有心思咁例出每款食物嘅卡路里好適合健康飲食嘅朋友仔香煎比目魚配檸檬牛油汁伴意粉煎至金黃色嘅比目魚外皮香脆 肉質好滑，但係都比較多骨意粉煮得爽口，檸檬牛油汁酸酸甜甜相比一般忌廉醬味道更清新原味乳酪碗好足料，滿滿嘅生果亞麻籽、番薯芋頭脆片同藜麥脆脆口感同味道都好夠層次但乳酪再酸啲就好Cappuccino咖啡味香濃，口感細滑味道不錯
