To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中環食晏收工食晚飯附近餐廳多數都西餐Cafe多 有時想搵吓啲中國菜食下都有啲難咁啱見到網上有呢間食四川風味麵嘅餐廳 於是收工嚟試吓瘋狂擔擔面 +牛肚大排呢個擔擔麵套餐有埋嘢飲同埋小食都係$93唔算貴 而且份量都幾大碟 因為自己想食多啲肉嘅關係另外仲加咗兩款配菜 嚟到嘅時候擔擔面表面都好多青蔥肉碎花生 🥜 就咁睇配料都算幾多同埋豐富唔會剩係得麵 食嘅時候我就將所有配料撈埋一齊 由於叫咗小麻辣所以唔算太辣 配菜亦都吸收左醬汁精華食落去有麻辣味小食方面叫咗個涼拌木耳 唔會太肥膩食落去凍凍地爽口 用嚟做小食就一流今次食完之後覺得呢間餐廳都算係平日喺中環返工一間可以嚟食吓晏晝嘅餐廳 一嚟價錢唔算貴二來份量都多而且地點又好方便就腳
