To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日到中環上堂，上堂前先要醫肚，就揀左我最喜歡的上海菜。如果想試多款冷盤，點這個冷盤三拼就最好不過。肴肉彈牙爽脆，醉雞酒香十足，烤麩味道濃郁。食上海菜，點少得了小籠包呢！小籠包脹卜卜，餡料鮮甜多汁，一咬開，汁就爆岀來了，吃的時候要小心燙咀。蘸上薑絲醋，超正。酸辣湯很足料，有木耳，豆腐，豬肚，筍，酸辣度亦適中，辣辣地又酸酸地，醒胃。粗炒熱辣辣，炒得很惹味，咸甜適中，乾身不油膩，麵條亦硬度適中，再加上肉片和白菜，增添口感層次
