Racelette - 係黎自法文 “Racler" = 削刮
因為農夫會係火爐前烤融半輪芝士
再刮落黎 直接享用既冬季主食菜式
而餐廳既食用方式亦都係最傳統 最正宗食法
= 將融左既芝士淋係煮熟薯仔上面
想講呢個真係好好味 比起平時既芝士
奶味更為香醇 creamy 唔會覺得有異味 係好易接受的
平時唔太中意食薯仔既我 對於呢個組合無法抗拒
薯仔煮得好軟稔 fluffy ~ 係咁添芝士同薯仔🥳
當日差唔多8點 就快完個section
所以只為影到掏空了的樣子😂

具有高礦物質 酒體圓潤和果味豐滿既酒
飲落仲會有淡淡茴香味 酸度略高
