To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近川菜在香港越來越普及，竟然在中環鬧市區找到一間充滿中式格調結合四川風味的餐廳。套餐點單紙 - 叫齊A+B+C+D只是$9瘋狂燒白肉 - 每天限量15碗。首先麵質剛剛好不硬也不軟，份量也不少，配料方面白肉其實像五花腩跟東坡肉，肥瘦適中，肉味鮮嫩，不錯！同時+$13配了肥腸，腸清理得很乾淨，裏面幾乎沒太多肥膏，而且爽口彈牙。湯底帶酸辣，油香麻辣十足，很惹味令人回味無窮！棒棒雞+$32 - 雞是沒有骨，麻油味重！成都老冰粉 - 有點像啫喱的口感，冰涼而且帶點黑糖的味道，解辣一流。紅肉柚子+$6 - 紅柚味，酸甜適中。
