To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中環-RaRe Restaurant: Tea set for two ($198) +10%-一路都以為呢間係一間位於擺花街既酒吧，星期六下午，門面甚為冷清，點知原來樓下一層別有洞天😃，坐滿了吃下午茶的客人，牆壁貼滿了外國街景，驟眼看無甚特別，但原來做佈景影相，效果都好唔錯。-下午茶價格甚相宜，份量都唔少，每人有6件鹹點及兩件甜點，茶啡仲任添👍🏻👍🏻有無人同我一樣，食下午茶總係覺得鹹既好食過甜的😚所以呢度就好對我胃口。仲可以坐上一段時間，平平地見下朋友好好呀。-PS. 但我又覺得呢度果兩件甜點，Rich chocolate cake & mango Mille Feuille 比鹹點有驚喜😂 唔通真係物以罕為貴😂
