To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次嚟同朋友點了一個A+B+C+D套餐，每份$103再加一，喺中環食晚餐嚟講包主食小食飲品甜品算幾抵食!瘋狂肥腸麵 (少辣多麻)勁鍾意呢度啲麵既辣度同麻度可以分開調配，啱晒唔食得太辣但又好鍾意麻既人!麵煮得剛好，保留咬口又掛到湯，肥腸洗得乾淨，唔會太有肥膩感，十分滿意!瘋狂擔擔麵 (BB辣)更唔食得辣既朋友點的擔擔麵是撈麵，雖然沒有湯，但擔擔肉醬的濕潤度剛好，不會過分油膩或乾，BB辣度亦剛好~小食高湯蒸蛋(另加$18)  棒棒雞(另加$32) 蒸蛋調味剛好，口感幼滑，十分抵食，棒棒雞係類似無骨口水雞，雞肉不鞋，少許麻辣十分惹味!甜品成都老冰粉毫無懸念必叫的冰粉，食完辣麵再食簡直一絕，冰粉的微甜與花生等配料的咸香非常夾，大推點A-D全set套餐試晒所有嘢!
