中環站D出口成日見到大大個Spiga招牌，終於某日平日去咗食晚飯，裝修充滿時尚感，空間感幾足，環境係幾舒服。最緊要係食物水準的確唔錯！beef tartare幾有特色，每啖牛肉他他夾住薄脆再配住蠶豆同pecorino芝士食，口感豐富，比平時嘅他他多咗種清新感。Carbonara亦係經典之選，一睇賣相就知正宗同好食，而黑蚊蚊嘅煙肉味道超香，非常加分！反而龍蝦意粉味道可以，但唔算太突出，蕃茄汁係做得幾真，灑咗啲杏仁片就有啲畫蛇添足。依度嘅Tiramisu lunch同dinner時段係唔同，晚飯時段係特別啲，屬於偏濕同light啲嘅tiramisu。雖然冇手指餅，但係味道都唔錯，mozzarella cheese同酒味亦幾重。
