To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🍳皇牌黯然銷魂飯叉燒百吃不厭，由其係好食嘅叉燒！我覺得快餐廳來講，叉燒有口感，肉質有texture唔會太淋，少少碳邊又有燒烤麥芽糖味。另外靈魂之一嘅太陽蛋，燶邊效果香脆，半熟蛋黃蛋香豐富。🐔招牌去骨海南雞飯·配油飯，萵筍絲，中湯無骨海南雞啖啖肉，雞皮爽滑，雖然連皮食好罪惡，但口感唔肥膩，淡淡油香，雞味濃郁，+$15仲可以要雞髀位！油飯香口有少少黃薑味，仲有清爽萵筍絲，同足料靚湯，非常滿足嘅套餐。📣📣📣新店限定除咗高質自家製明爐燒味，仲有滋味兩餸飯，港式美味日日新款仲可以免費升級藜麥飯！另外限定泰式assemble 系式，有眾多泰式美食選擇，例如泰式菠蘿海鮮炒飯，泰式雜錦船河，泰式青咖喱雞，泰式濕炒豚肉河，唔講仲以為去咗泰國餐廳！咁多選擇下次一定要再試！
