To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

遠望相隔一條街嘅大館，黃昏夜晚嘅氣氛應該唔錯。平日晏畫有3-course lunch set，有唔少中環白領嚟食飯/傾生意，大部分侍應都係外國人，係時候練習下英文。“Algarvia” salad 紅菜頭沙律配羊奶芝士切粒紅菜頭+紅蘿蔔，質地腍，但到保留咬口，冇草腥味，配少量芝士、薄荷碎、蜜糖芥末醋汁，味道好清新，幾有趣。Leitao A Bairrada 招牌葡式烤乳豬乳豬焗到外皮脆卜卜，肥肉軟綿帶膠質，瘦肉夠腍又有咬口，調味簡單，有啲似粵式乳豬。傳統葡式乳豬配以橙片、炸薯片、新鮮沙律，仲有糯米飯，不過略硬略乾。Pera Bebeda 傳統葡式砵酒煮梨紅酒煮梨，微甜帶淡淡肉桂味，酒味比較重，作為甜品收尾係一個好嘅選擇。黑咖啡可以揀咖啡/茶，正常發揮！
