To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天氣熱辣辣，行行吓街突然好想食啲開胃嘢，記得之前同事介紹過呢間川菜餐廳，於是去試一試，餐廳位置好方便，喺中環長扶手電梯附近嘅商廈1樓。.佢有3個套餐組合揀，啱晒唔同食量嘅人士選擇😛都係$87/$98/$109，呢個價錢喺中環區可以食飽而又好味，真心抵食😆👍🏻.▪️瘋狂牛肉面我揀咗紅湯，BB麻 &BB辣，有點驚喜，湯底好濃郁，飲落又濃香又唔油，而牛肉一啲都唔硬😳仲要超入味‼️仲好貼心咁有兩條菜，麵條咬落勁有口感，推介👏🏻.▪️蒜泥青瓜 蒜香好重，配埋青瓜真係夏天開胃之選.▪️成都老冰粉有山楂、花生、芝麻、提子乾，冰涼得嚟又唔太甜，好啱女士食😛.▪️烏梅汁酸酸甜甜咁，真係好解渴，好適合咁熱嘅天氣飲
