To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 夜晚喺中環，想食平啲都幾難，本來想食四季常餐，不過之前已經食過，貪新鮮嘅我結果走咗去對面中環街市幫襯犀牛犀牛。呢度提供兩款 combo：主食加廿蚊配飲品，或者主食加38蚊配飲品，炸物同沙律。好想試後者，不過我知自己一定食唔哂，最後剩係叫咗芋泥肉鬆蛋吐司配黑珍珠奶茶。吐司賣相唔算靚仔，入面嘅餡料側埋一邊，又冇對切開兩份，呢度要扣分。味道方面，芋泥同肉鬆係甜，蛋就係鹹，幾樣嘢夾埋一齊，都算冇咩違和感，唔錯，不過麵包就略嫌烘得唔夠，香脆感欠奉。由於冇紅茶，杯奶茶臨時轉咗烏龍茶底，本來都打定輸數會唔好飲，不過又比想像中好喎，黑糖珍珠算入味，有咬口，奶茶嘅茶底雖然唔算好濃，但係都合格嘅，以呢個價錢嚟講我收貨啦。
