To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 來過Fumi不下5次,雖然食過這家餐廳的其他lunch set,但最欣賞的仍是他們的香蔥吞拿魚蓉飯,個人認為在中環來說,這個飯的質素很高。很多餐廳都有香蔥吞拿魚蓉飯,但都很多會選用太瘦的拖羅,令到口感太乾亦都食唔到拖羅應該有的油脂,浪費了整道菜的意義。Fumi不論在選用拖羅的肥瘦程度上、飯的選用都很好。有些餐廳都會用次一級的越光米,口感始終差一點。Fumi的拖羅份量不少,以268元一個set lunch來說物超所值,我知道一些餐廳會留返較少人想食/ 較瘦的部分做成香蔥吞拿魚蓉飯,所以很多300元甚至更貴的餐廳都未必做到這個質素。以前餐廳更有早鳥優惠,早一點來食好像可以再優惠80元左右,價錢相當吸引!! 有時想不到吃什麼就會自然來到這間Fumi,絕對值得我一食再食。
