To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 琴日同男友食pre-bday dinner,帶咗佢去一間位於中環蘭桂坊嘅意大利餐廳食嘢☺️ 內裡環境相當有格調,氣氛chill得嚟又有點高級嘅感覺,嘢食亦相當唔錯,等我即刻嚟介紹一下😗首先,第一道菜已經相當有驚喜🤓 佢嘅賣相好精緻,面頭鋪滿咗一堆魚子醬,中間嘅夾層係帶子刺身,而最底層最特別,竟然係由蜜豆組成嘅奶凍,無諗過呢三樣嘢竟然咁夾,鹹香嘅魚子醬配上鮮甜嘅帶子同清新嘅奶凍,互相融和得啱啱好,好impressive🤩另一道前菜我哋嗌咗蝸牛,擺盤同樣好精緻!蝸牛烤得小小外脆內軟,仲充滿住香草牛油味,配搭埋面頭啲脆脆同埋啲細細粒嘅白色珍珠,口感十分豐富,呢個配搭的確係幾新鮮嘅食法🤤呢個意粉相信啱哂鍾意食龍蝦嘅人☺️ 有兩大舊龍蝦肉同一隻箝,龍蝦口感爽口彈牙,雖然煮過嚟,但都依然保持到鮮味!扁意粉本身texture偏軟身,仲以為食落會好腍,點知又幾爽口,配埋濃郁嘅龍蝦汁,非常唔錯😋另外仲嗌多咗個lasagna🤣 但絕對無做錯決定,皆因呢度嘅lasagna真係好唔錯!一上到嚟已經勁香,啲肉醬煮到好惹味,加上厚厚嘅芝士,所有配搭都好邪惡,但我同男朋友都好enjoy🤪最後呢道菜式同樣相當值得介紹🙌🏻

最後呢道菜式同樣相當值得介紹🙌🏻 因為佢係以米蘭獨特烹調方式而製成嘅炸牛仔扒,聽店員介紹製作繁複,係要以滾油慢慢淋熟佢😮 因為係用上未長大嘅牛仔,所以肉嘅顏色會特別粉嫩,而口感亦好嫩口,第一次試,好新鮮,點埋個牛扒醬,perfect match!
另外,side dish仲叫咗西蘭花苗($98),以辣蒜油炮製而成,好惹味,而西蘭花苗亦勁腍,好推薦👍🏻

雖然已經食到好飽,但最後點都要嗌返個甜品嘅😎 嗌咗個心太軟,朱古力味好濃郁,配埋甜甜哋雲呢拿雪糕,即刻中和返個味蕾,不過如果入面再流心啲就更好啦🙌🏻

而當晚我哋嗌咗兩杯cocktail,一杯係叫heritage,另一杯就叫art,兩杯都係由Vermouth做個底,Heritage飲落偏甜啲啲,啱女士飲多啲;Art嘅酒味濃郁啲,但男友都覺得幾好飲👍🏻

總括而言,呢間意大利餐廳食物好有驚喜,好多食法都係第一次試,特別係個米蘭牛仔扒對於我哋嚟講真係好新鮮😆 而環境亦非常有情調,由於餐廳位於24樓,坐近窗口位或者坐出面嘅大露台仲可以俯視成個中環嘅夜景😍
