To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上次去過蘭桂坊嘅加州大廈後,發現呢座大廈真係有好多野食,今次我地再去就揀左間意大利餐廳,餐廳環境雅致有情調,岩哂注重儀式感嘅VV🥰先黎餐包及白酒,就開始我地正式嘅晚餐喇🫶🏻🌿Carpaccio di Ricciola呢款係薄切油甘魚配香橙,油甘魚油脂豐富,加入了醋調味,伴有香橙及青辣椒,混合一齊食用令味道層次感更豐富🌿Capesante, Arance Rosse & Nocciole 擺盤精緻且顏色鮮艷,主角為香煎帶子,配上瀨尿蝦汁及榛子,味道清新香口🌿 Aragosta用鮮蝦他他配上龍蝦湯,鮮蝦他他口感嫩滑,混合埋青檸更顯鮮味,配上濃郁嘅龍蝦湯,味道平衡得剛好🌿I Fusilloni alla Carbonara di Quaglia呢個卡邦尼螺絲粉好有驚喜😍口感非常creamy,味道雖然偏鹹,但完全不會覺得膩,配上鵪鶉肉醬,滿足了味蕾🌿Asparagi & Parmigiano香煎蘆筍配上帕馬森芝士,配合主菜一齊食用非常適合🌿Controfiletto M5澳洲黑安格斯M5西冷配合Rosemary以香烤方式烹調,肉質軟腍,呈現出漂亮嘅粉紅色🌿Signature Tiramisu 佢成功入選比我食過嘅Top 5內😍口感超Creamy但味道又唔會好甜,咖啡味好香濃,絕對適合大人嘅口味🌿Sicilian Cannoli傳統意大利甜品,外層香脆,內有香軟夾心配上開心果碎,為晚餐劃上完美句號

呢間拖得有啲耐😂已經係上個RW嘅餐廳嚟雖然今次100Winners’ Edition入面冇佢但覺得個set本身都幾抵 食物質素又幾好以往差唔多價錢好似得3個course 今次有4個可以揀兩款前菜 一個主菜 一個甜品 只係$328!𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝘁($𝟯𝟮𝟴) 🤍𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗮 | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟴/𝟭𝟬終於 burrata嘅配搭唔再只係番茄! 冇諗過同開心果醬咁夾入口同平時餸番茄係完全另一種感覺 另外又有啲血橙喺到代替咗番茄嘅角色去解膩 橙香食落係另類嘅清新🤍𝗛𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶 | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟳.𝟴/𝟭𝟬去過唔少餐廳 前菜都會有Hamachi選擇 呢間算厚身魚肉無筋 魚油香好夠 配簡單嘅橄欖油同蔥鹽黑椒好食 但未算係食過最出色嘅Hamachi 扣少少分係可能因為冇其他醬汁 有一兩下會少少腥🤍𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗽𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲 𝗱𝗶 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗮 | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟳.𝟱/𝟭𝟬兩大粒meat ball 鎖住曬啲肉汁 入口juicy食落比想像中啲肉絞得仲要冧 唔會食到筋個醬汁就係平時食開嘅傳統meat ball咁嘅味🤍𝗭𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗮 𝗗‘𝗔𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗮 | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟳.𝟱/𝟭𝟬點少得叫翻個餐湯!仲要係我鍾意嘅龍蝦湯質地濃稠 但唔算太creamy嗰種 比較係飲龍蝦味嘅本身中間有一羹左右份量嘅蝦他他肉 好食^^🤍𝗥𝗮v𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗶 | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟴/𝟭𝟬比較愛嘅係佢嘅口感同個汁!🫶🏻ravioli嘅皮我覺得係偏厚少少但就係咁 佢先至有咬口! 醬汁creamy重奶油同菇味Menu寫餡料係鴨肉(?)但唔太食得出 反而重芝士味如果肉嘅存在感再高啲 呢碟會更高分🤍𝗣𝗶𝘇𝘇𝗮 𝗧𝗼𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗮 | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟳.𝟱/𝟭𝟬相比Ravioli佢作為第二個main 味道上比較遜色無可否認佢個餅底係幾好食 邊位脆又唔會太硬餅底厚薄適中 重麵粉香 只係啲toppings我覺得比較普通🤍𝗧𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘂 | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟳.𝟱/𝟭𝟬咖啡味比較出嘅Tiramisu 出到一𢳂係眼見嘅濕😂不過要讚嘅係mascarpone cheese超級香滑🤍𝗧𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗱𝗼 𝗗𝗶 𝗠𝗲𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻 𝗚𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮 V𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗹𝗶𝗮 | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟳.𝟱/𝟭𝟬作為一餐飽到上心口嘅飯嘅ending 呢個比較適合不過老實交代自己就唔太係蘋果甜品嘅愛好者🙂↕️好難評價佢整得好唔好 但會話整體正常 食得曬整體食物質素幾好 最後食到甜品已經飽到上心口裝修風格幾高級 坐得舒服 採光好 又有高空靚景有個半露天嘅位用玻璃延伸頂部 感覺更加開揚有機會呢間都值得一嚟 慶祝生日紀念日嗰啲絕對夠睇🫶🏻

今日去左Aria食weekend brunch😋 慶祝生日Brunch時段分開左兩段時間 有早輪11:30-1:30pm 後輪1:30pm-3:30pm 兩個鐘我覺得係夠食嘅 食物方面就唔算好多選擇 不骨全部都圍繞住意大利食物 頭盤有生蠔🦪 各款芝士同火腿 意大利麵包🥖大蝦沙律 磨菇湯 吞拿魚他他 熱食方面就有烤魚 千層麵 肉丸 烤蔬菜 肉類都有燒牛肉同羊架 個人就覺得一般 主攻頭盤甜品就有多款蛋糕🍰 最signature嘅tiramisu 開心果蛋糕 檸檬蛋糕 特濃朱古力蛋糕 拿破崙 仲有生果朱古力噴泉 Overall experience 都幾好 位於中環california tower 24樓 外景都舒服 性價比各自衡量

1號禮拜日去食的….見到好多foodie好多網路名人推介….只可以講….名過其實….如標題所講,我果日係🈚️龍蝦 🈚️麵包蟹 🈚️蟹腳….係🈶️生蠔,不過好細隻,唔肥,好一般。試下就好了,其他食物都好一般,唔值得呢個價錢,仲要收多每位$48 distilled water 。部分食物無refill或者好遲先refill,雪糕不是gelato,而且只有雲尼拿同埋朱古力兩隻味道。甜品除了tiramisu以外…..其他都太甜了…覺得不合香港人口味。
