To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 同太太慶生嘅生日飯,嬲到第一次寫食評先講重點:叫咗一份medium rare嘅牛扒,然後餐廳廚房煮咗一份接近全熟嘅牛扒都照上菜俾我哋,令太太同我對間餐廳同餐飯都覺得十分失望十二月下旬同太太去咗Aria去食晚飯,本身開開心心去同太太慶祝生日,餐廳嘅裝修同景都唔錯,但枱與枱距離比較近,比較容易聽到隔離枱傾計食物方面,前菜同pasta都正正常常,跟住上嘅牛扒非常出事。我哋叫咗medium rare嘅牛扒,然後餐廳上咗一份接近全熟嘅牛扒俾我哋,重點係塊牛扒係上菜前喺廚房已經由一整塊牛扒切開咗大約7-8小件咁,所以切開塊牛扒時廚房一定知道件牛扒明顯overcook咗,同客人要求的medium rare有明顯分別,但係廚房或者樓面都係照上菜,老實講非常唔專業同令人非常失望 (我哋落單後waitress 有重複一次confirm order,相信絕對唔係落錯單)老實講如果我去一間大眾化少少嘅餐廳叫個一百蚊牛扒餐嘅,要求五成熟,如果呢間餐廳俾件全熟牛扒我,我真心都會覺得由得佢,一分錢一分貨,同埋普通餐廳嘅廚房可能冇咁專業,overcook 左都未必知道但响Aria呢度真係令太太同我都覺得失望,間餐廳門口有個牌寫住 「Top Italian Restaurants 2024」,結果係佢哋廚房切開牛扒時明顯知道份牛扒已經overcook咗,明知唔合乎客人要求都照樣上菜,真心令人好失望我哋當時有同餐廳樓面反映,個waiter都只係輕輕一句 「we can exchange it for you」 ,態度好敷衍我同太太當時已經對間餐廳同埋佢廚房冇信心,連換都唔想換,最後硬食件全熟扒就算,止蝕離場 連時間都唔想蝕俾佢好少响中環食間靚靚仔仔餐廳食到咁唔開心,仲要係幫太太慶生嘅生日飯,慘最後要講番餐廳一樣野抵讚嘅,因為係慶祝太太生日嘅生日飯,間餐廳有事前準備好份甜品送俾我哋,呢點係值得讚嘅結論:相信唔會再幫襯呢間餐廳PS:塊牛扒 HK$5xx,廚房煮得唔好食之餘件牛好似幾瘦下,個人覺得非常唔抵食

又到聖誕🧑🎄 又到聖誕🎄聖誕節梗係想食番啲夠晒聖誕氣氛嘅大餐。昨晚試左間不但好chill ,仲夠晒romantic 既慶祝既餐廳!跟住落嚟帶返個介紹俾大家!😌.※環境點評※間餐廳就由中環地鐵站出發,行5分鐘左右,近Lan Kwai Fong,夠哂熱鬧喇👯♀️,食飽飽想即刻返屋企又得,未夠喉,仲可以即刻過隔離飲番杯!地理位置進可攻退可守!.Aria 嘅裝修是很有意式風味🇮🇹豪華舒適,以復古風既傢俱擺設,採用舒適雅座長椅及盆栽植物🌵營造 chill 同romantic 既氛圍🫶🏻有private room同outdoor 用餐區,位於24樓高層,擁令人讚嘆的城市美景.※用餐體驗※一入到去餐廳reception,就有好熱情嘅男店員用地道嘅意大利文同我哋打招呼,佢真係十分有Energy⚡️佢嘅熱情成功令到我哋都進入咗狀態,十分開心地用餐。.在位置坐好後,staff們都主動介紹popular 嘅items,但係有選擇困難症嘅我左揀右揀,最後揀咗個 7 course “La Carta Bianca”全部由大廚發板👨🏻🍳好有神秘感🤭.🍞 Sourdough bread 首先 staff們遞上暖粒粒既Sourdough Bread 🍞 外層鬆脆,內層香軟😍點上獨家嘅olive oil 同黑醋,令個包既口感豐富左.🦪Oyster以oyster殼上承載來自法國既oyster 🇫🇷上層加左Caviar 、新鮮檸檬葉,帶鹹味既caviar mix埋鮮甜既oyster,口感形成咗強烈嘅對比,塊檸檬葉啱啱好就可以平衡到成個口感,一啖入口勁滿足!😍.🍽️慢煮鮑片 鮑片係用sake 慢煮咗四個鐘,慢煮鮑片去除傳統鮑魚既韌身之外,慢煮令鮑片清新爽口,肉質鮮嫩有彈性,帶有sake餘香,配點墨魚汁, delizioso!.🐟蒸煮吞拿魚頸肉吞拿魚每個部位的油脂及鮮味各有唔同,魚頸位肉我係第一次食,採用蒸煮方法,竟然連腥味都無,但係因為佢整成魚蓉,我地食落去嘅口感變得比較單一,希望下次可以食到其他食法。.🍝新鮮海膽意粉意粉條條沾滿龍蝦醬汁,充滿牛油香,夠creamy,又會另外加入2至3件海膽,令到成碟意粉非常香噴噴😍重點係廚師每天實人工手做嘅意粉真係非常彈牙!口感非常好!.🍝牛尾意粉上邊嘅芝士粉好配合闊條意粉,好掛汁😍加埋完美熟度的牛尾!正。.🥩M5 澳洲和牛鮮嫩的肉質配合上大理紋油花,入口即溶,牛嘅香氣在口腔中完全揮發出來,繞樑三日!.🍮西西里甜品是十分傳統的西西里地道甜品,口感有點像我哋平常吃的蛋散,但係裏邊包住啲泡芙,整體感覺唔錯,但係可能始終食唔慣,我哋未覺得好驚艷。

呢間拖得有啲耐😂已經係上個RW嘅餐廳嚟雖然今次100Winners’ Edition入面冇佢但覺得個set本身都幾抵 食物質素又幾好以往差唔多價錢好似得3個course 今次有4個可以揀兩款前菜 一個主菜 一個甜品 只係$328!𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝘁($𝟯𝟮𝟴) 🤍𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗮 | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟴/𝟭𝟬終於 burrata嘅配搭唔再只係番茄! 冇諗過同開心果醬咁夾入口同平時餸番茄係完全另一種感覺 另外又有啲血橙喺到代替咗番茄嘅角色去解膩 橙香食落係另類嘅清新🤍𝗛𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶 | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟳.𝟴/𝟭𝟬去過唔少餐廳 前菜都會有Hamachi選擇 呢間算厚身魚肉無筋 魚油香好夠 配簡單嘅橄欖油同蔥鹽黑椒好食 但未算係食過最出色嘅Hamachi 扣少少分係可能因為冇其他醬汁 有一兩下會少少腥🤍𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗽𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲 𝗱𝗶 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗮 | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟳.𝟱/𝟭𝟬兩大粒meat ball 鎖住曬啲肉汁 入口juicy食落比想像中啲肉絞得仲要冧 唔會食到筋個醬汁就係平時食開嘅傳統meat ball咁嘅味🤍𝗭𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗮 𝗗‘𝗔𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗮 | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟳.𝟱/𝟭𝟬點少得叫翻個餐湯!仲要係我鍾意嘅龍蝦湯質地濃稠 但唔算太creamy嗰種 比較係飲龍蝦味嘅本身中間有一羹左右份量嘅蝦他他肉 好食^^🤍𝗥𝗮v𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗶 | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟴/𝟭𝟬比較愛嘅係佢嘅口感同個汁!🫶🏻ravioli嘅皮我覺得係偏厚少少但就係咁 佢先至有咬口! 醬汁creamy重奶油同菇味Menu寫餡料係鴨肉(?)但唔太食得出 反而重芝士味如果肉嘅存在感再高啲 呢碟會更高分🤍𝗣𝗶𝘇𝘇𝗮 𝗧𝗼𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗮 | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟳.𝟱/𝟭𝟬相比Ravioli佢作為第二個main 味道上比較遜色無可否認佢個餅底係幾好食 邊位脆又唔會太硬餅底厚薄適中 重麵粉香 只係啲toppings我覺得比較普通🤍𝗧𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘂 | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟳.𝟱/𝟭𝟬咖啡味比較出嘅Tiramisu 出到一𢳂係眼見嘅濕😂不過要讚嘅係mascarpone cheese超級香滑🤍𝗧𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗱𝗼 𝗗𝗶 𝗠𝗲𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻 𝗚𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮 V𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗹𝗶𝗮 | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟳.𝟱/𝟭𝟬作為一餐飽到上心口嘅飯嘅ending 呢個比較適合不過老實交代自己就唔太係蘋果甜品嘅愛好者🙂↕️好難評價佢整得好唔好 但會話整體正常 食得曬整體食物質素幾好 最後食到甜品已經飽到上心口裝修風格幾高級 坐得舒服 採光好 又有高空靚景有個半露天嘅位用玻璃延伸頂部 感覺更加開揚有機會呢間都值得一嚟 慶祝生日紀念日嗰啲絕對夠睇🫶🏻

今日去左Aria食weekend brunch😋 慶祝生日Brunch時段分開左兩段時間 有早輪11:30-1:30pm 後輪1:30pm-3:30pm 兩個鐘我覺得係夠食嘅 食物方面就唔算好多選擇 不骨全部都圍繞住意大利食物 頭盤有生蠔🦪 各款芝士同火腿 意大利麵包🥖大蝦沙律 磨菇湯 吞拿魚他他 熱食方面就有烤魚 千層麵 肉丸 烤蔬菜 肉類都有燒牛肉同羊架 個人就覺得一般 主攻頭盤甜品就有多款蛋糕🍰 最signature嘅tiramisu 開心果蛋糕 檸檬蛋糕 特濃朱古力蛋糕 拿破崙 仲有生果朱古力噴泉 Overall experience 都幾好 位於中環california tower 24樓 外景都舒服 性價比各自衡量

1號禮拜日去食的….見到好多foodie好多網路名人推介….只可以講….名過其實….如標題所講,我果日係🈚️龍蝦 🈚️麵包蟹 🈚️蟹腳….係🈶️生蠔,不過好細隻,唔肥,好一般。試下就好了,其他食物都好一般,唔值得呢個價錢,仲要收多每位$48 distilled water 。部分食物無refill或者好遲先refill,雪糕不是gelato,而且只有雲尼拿同埋朱古力兩隻味道。甜品除了tiramisu以外…..其他都太甜了…覺得不合香港人口味。
