To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係中環食lunch唔想下下都係中餐、意粉、拉麵，搵日食啲特別啲嘅菜式，試吓呢間葡國菜餐廳🇵🇹午市套餐$288，有頭盤、主菜、甜品、咖啡或茶，價格稍高，但質素都幾好👍🏻加上充滿葡國風味嘅裝修同氛圍，嚟聚會慶祝都可以考慮下。🥖餐包配雞肉醬幾香口。🥂傳統葡萄牙白酒蒜蜆蜆肉肥嘟嘟好飽滿多汁💦吸盡蒜蓉牛油汁香味😋🐙葡萄牙八爪魚沙律清爽開胃，酸酸咪咪嘅醬汁配八爪魚都唔錯😛🍖招牌葡式烤乳豬必點主菜之一，乳豬皮雖然唔係玻璃皮，但都夠薄脆，乳豬好厚肉，啖啖肉勁juicy💦配菜有薯片同炒飯，完全還原葡萄牙滋味👍🏻👍🏻🍛招牌焗鴨飯上碟時見到焗飯有少少疑惑鴨肉到底係邊，原來內有乾坤🤣面頭一半係焗飯，底下一半都係滿滿嘅鴨肉😻鴨肉幾香，唔乾柴，飯粒夠乾爽，面頭仲有啲飯焦😚而且幾入味。🍰傳統葡式木糠布丁、葡萄牙傳統餅乾及朱古力蛋糕木糠布丁層層相間，忌廉奶味幾香，加上木糠碎唔算太膩😛😛朱古力蛋糕同木糠布丁有啲相似，不過蛋糕比較腍身。☕️咖啡或茶人均消費：$310推介指數（10分為滿分）：8分
