之前已經食過,覺得好食,於是決定再次光臨,同太太一齊去食飯。今次,我哋嚐試佢哋嘅Dinner Omakase。俾實話講,$2980真係物超所值,每款食材都講究到極處👏🏻。唔得唔講, 就係燒吞拿魚骹。啲魚肉真係有驚喜,眼見師傅專業嘅手勢燒出滿有層次嘅口感,肉汁滲出,再配以紫蘇葉同蘿蔔蓉,真係真係好食到炸,完全震撼咗我啲味蕾👍🏻! 就嚟到煮蛸,呢個神奈川縣產八爪魚真係冇得輸🐙,用甜醬油、味淋、同清酒慢煮,講真,你想像到柔軟度有幾剛好?口感有幾好? 真係想而家就想再試啦!茶碗蒸蛋就出奇嘅美味。佢用毛蟹同蒸蛋配搭,無一不合。特別加埋柚子皮,好有創意😲, 大讚Good👏🏻!原創嘅喉黒海膽魚子醬手卷,啲魚有個好聽名字,叫喉黑既魚油好豐富,配搭埋北海道海膽,喉黑魚油+海膽嘅輕軟,魚子醬既點綴有驚喜。壽司部分,星級餐廳嘅味道,真係堪稱一流。靜岡縣產金目鯛壽司,4月時間口感更嫩滑,配合壽司醋飯,香滑無比,餘韻在口中回蕩😋。春子鯛壽司,彈牙口感加上壽司飯味道更添風味,美味無底線🎉。同埋醬油漬赤身壽司,完美結束一餐。總結,Kanesaka Hong Kong作為一間頂級日料,實力好深,絕對值得推薦!視覺、味
