To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

相信中環街市同附近一帶都係中環上班族最愛嘅食飯地點，瘋狂小面就係一個唔錯嘅選擇，雖然佢係食四川菜，但係都有唔辣嘅面～所以就算唔食得辣嘅都啱食，而且價錢又唔貴😆❥瘋狂碗雜面 碗雜面係撈麵嚟～我哋叫咗唔辣😝所以食落去主要係豌豆醬同雜醬嘅味道😋碗豆嘅軟糯同雜醬嘅香甜平衡得幾好❤️❥瘋狂肥腸面食咗唔辣嘅都要試吓辣嘅～我哋叫咗BB辣同BB麻呢個辣度係完全接受到的🥰如果平時食開辣嘅可以再叫辣啲👍🏻肥腸唔係煮得太淋個種，有微微彈性，有口感🫶🏻❥泡椒鳳爪鳳爪好Q彈👅但係佢嘅泡椒真係幾辣下🥵❥成都老冰粉冰粉嘅配料有五種：酒釀、花生、山楂、芝麻、提子乾略嫌不足嘅，就係佢個冰粉有啲太結實🤣❥烏梅汁烏梅汁統一都係常溫～酸酸甜甜幾開胃🥰
