平時經過已經覺得呢間精緻藍調風既西班牙餐廳好靚,放假終於有機會去食brunch🍴而佢個brunch menu ($588) 係勁豐富首先個Royal Chilled Seafood Platter已經好驚為天人,成盤海鮮連冰底上,多種唔同既海鮮都有。包括6隻虎蝦🦐,厚實又夠爽口彈牙。牛油果🥑吞拿魚他他上有三文魚籽,配埋牛油果蓉同底部既脆脆,口感豐富得黎又覺得好清新。原隻波士頓龍蝦🦞啖啖肉超新鮮,龍蝦頭有好多膏,龍蝦鉗肉質鮮嫩。4隻法國🇫🇷Fine de Claire生蠔🦪 帶有海水味,充滿透明感既蠔肉先鹹後甜,不過就細隻左啲食完海鮮拼盤,仲有3款Tapas⬇️▪️Chef’s Rusa其實係薯仔沙律配蛋黃醬,可以加埋麵包條食,味道一般▪️Padrón Pepper🫑 係一種西班牙既辣椒,基本上係唔辣既,炸過既辣椒少鹹帶香,風味十足▪️Croquetas炸過既波波入面有蘑菇薯蓉,外脆內軟,配埋波波上既黑松露片,味道再次提升main course有燒春雞,半隻既份量都唔少,自家製厚切薯條外皮酥脆,口感鬆軟。伊比利亞黑毛豬🐖充滿油脂感,但又唔會好膩,不過烤紅椒堅果醬我就麻麻地,反而烤過既香蕉蔥係唔錯
