To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 估唔到假日嘅中午都有咁多人去到中環,今日同朋友去咗呢度食知brunch,係一個半自助餐嚟嘅,都有好多人嚟食!高檔嘅半自助餐,有刺身、壽司、主菜、燒物等等,都可以話係幾豐富!雖然刺身冇得再添,我自己最鍾意係油甘魚,因為佢夠肥夠新鮮,三文魚都好新鮮!另外,主菜叫咗一個A5佐賀和牛薄燒,同埋鰻魚飯!佐賀和牛燒得兩件,好細件,但好食!鰻魚飯都係細細碗,我自己覺得啱啱好,因為可以試到其他嘢食!燒物嘅款式種類好多,我自己特別鍾意食雞腎、牛舌貼青椒仔!記住要一燒完攞嚟就要食啦,凍咗就唔好食!另外仲有炸物,幾鍾意茄子嘅,左口魚就乾比較特別當然仲有時令甜品,食埋個雪糕先好走啊!

另外,主菜叫咗一個A5佐賀和牛薄燒,同埋鰻魚飯!佐賀和牛燒得兩件,好細件,但好食!鰻魚飯都係細細碗,我自己覺得啱啱好,因為可以試到其他嘢食!
