牛骨髓烤過後,加上海鹽黑椒,用湯匙刮骨髓,配上香脆法包,入口充滿油香濃郁

阿根廷扒房一定要試下牛扒,唔同部位都有6款選擇,牛扒熟成一個月。而我order肉眼扒5成,熟成牛扒比一般牛排味道香濃,牛扒外皮微燶香口,內裏軟嫩有肉汁。旁邊阿根廷蕃茜醬 chimichurri sauce 配牛扒好好味
