今晚我嚟到依一間阿根廷牛扒專門店食飯,餐廳嘅裝修以木材為主調,配上昏暗嘅燈光,都幾有氣氛。佢哋嘅Menu都幾豐富㗎,有前菜,主菜,熟成草飼牛肉,意大利麵等等。封門牛柳牛肉經過熟成之後變得非常有風味,加上牛肉經過炭燒處理,令到牛柳嘅表面有一陣焦香,配埋餐廳嘅特製醬汁一齊食,非常好味。香煎比目魚比目魚嘅份量唔算多,但係烹調得唔錯,魚皮煎得好香脆,配菜方面亦都幾有心思。慢煮紅酒燴牛肉意大利粉依個意大利粉煮得好入味,意粉入口彈牙,沾上牛肉一齊食,口感好豐富。牛肉採用嘅部位亦都好恰當,入口有香濃嘅牛肉味。整體嚟講,我覺得今餐嘅食物質素非常高,下次有機會嘅話都會再嚟。

比目魚嘅份量唔算多,但係烹調得唔錯,魚皮煎得好香脆,配菜方面亦都幾有心思。

慢煮紅酒燴牛肉意大利粉
依個意大利粉煮得好入味,意粉入口彈牙,沾上牛肉一齊食,口感好豐富。牛肉採用嘅部位亦都好恰當,入口有香濃嘅牛肉味。

整體嚟講,我覺得今餐嘅食物質素非常高,下次有機會嘅話都會再嚟。
