最近到訪LA PARRILLA STEAKHOUSE 北角﹐感覺真係一次難忘的用餐體驗。進門先被店舖的裝潢所吸引﹐簡約高雅﹐讓人感到放鬆自在。首先試了是日的餐湯﹐原來係正宗的南瓜湯。湯底濃郁香溜﹐底子很實在。湯中加入許多碎南瓜粒﹐清甜爽口。灑上些微橄欖油及芝麻﹐令湯汁更加醇厚。實在好滋味﹐一不小心就喝了個精光。牛肉餡餃子外皮香脆可口﹐咬下去餡料鮮嫩多。加上一點蕃茄粒和酸汁﹐ 帶點微微的酸甜,增添了餃子的層次感﹐真是回味無窮。重頭戲當然是主菜—肉眼扒!這個份量真的很足夠﹐250克的牛扒厚度剛剛好﹐煙燻香氣撲鼻而來。我點了medium的火候﹐入口即化的感覺實在太美妙了﹐肉質鮮嫩多汁﹐一點也不乾澀。佐以兩款自家製醬料﹐一款是香濃的芥末醬﹐另一款則是清新的青草醬﹐為牛扒增添了更豐富的風味。白象雞肉拌意式闊麵同樣美味。麵質Q彈﹐吸附醬汁的能力極強。雞肉塊肉質鮮嫩﹐入口即化﹐與可以自行決定是否加上的芝士碎完美融合。最後來碗熱騰騰的麵包布丁作為甜品﹐濃濃的奶香﹐配上微微焦香的表層﹐實在太太太好吃了!雪糕有雲呢拿及咖啡味,都相當清香。在享受美食的同時﹐生日現場還有一位樂手在彈結他自彈自唱。氣氛真的好到

今日係同女朋友嘅紀念日,所以揀咗間比較靚嘅餐廳去食飯,入到去環境好舒服,係阿根廷菜比較特別,我哋總共叫咗五樣嘢食,第一道係牛肉餃子,入邊有肉汁,配埋蕃茄醬食好清爽,叫咗雞肉腸,菲力牛扒,牛肉丸配蕃茄醬汁,同埋雞胸意粉,個雞胸超級嫩滑類似慢煮嘅口味,意粉個汁條配得好好食好cream,菲力牛扒叫咗medium well,因為之前食過有其他餐廳叫嘅medium well唔係同一回事,呢個真係非常之好味,牛肉非常之新鮮,所以會有下一次!
