今晚去中環接老婆收工,順道去一間新開的日本串燒店,入口位於九如坊的一個小角,有如隱世小店一樣,估計新開業不久,裝修非常之新淨,感覺也幾舒服,而且有點貴氣😆。我倆坐bar枱,一陣可以睇到師父燒串燒的功夫🤣而且標明係用備長炭👍🏻。先來一點串燒,燒雞頸,燒雞翼,落鹽吊味,皮脆卜卜,香口👍🏻,日本洋蔥仔賣相燒得靚,食落好甜😋,免治雞肉串-本身肉燒香再配上日本蛋,嫩滑口感👍🏻正。燒帶子真係要推介下,本身師父燒得恰到好處,帶子啱啱熟,咬口一流,最緊要係個汁,用左清淡鰹魚湯底,成件事都好夾👏🏻👏🏻,再來個燒銀鱈魚,燒到有少少脆邊,幾好,加上魚油多👍🏻係正。最後來個親子丼,份量不多,但蛋香帶起左成個飯,加上有紫菜提升味道😋,甜品押尾,紅豆綠茶🍵大滿足😊
