To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

「瘋狂小面」位於士丹利街佳德商業大廈一樓，非常隱秘，佢主打麵，亦有素食嘅選擇喎。😛各款瘋狂麵可選紅湯或白湯，白湯就唔辣，瘋狂素小面可轉全素（另有瘋狂豌雜面係乾撈麵都可轉全素，仲有蕃茄煎蛋麵）。店員叫我選辣度時我都怕太辣，就叫 BB 辣試吓。😅麵，飲品加小食套餐 $98。主打麵嚟講，麵質唔覺得太特別，BB 辣就幾乎係唔辣，所以想食辣可以進取啲。湯底都算濃郁，但冇咩麻味（可能 BB 辣關係，麻都少咗）。麵嘅份量夠多，配料有菜心，秀珍菇，花生，另外我加了豌豆（加 $9）。🫛燒椒茄子（加 $33烏梅汁跟餐唔使加錢，不過係常溫，加冰就另加 $3。夠大杯，清涼同解渴。😃值得一讚係出餐超快，啱哂遊客緊張嘅節奏。如果嚟香港旅遊，响石板街瘋狂打卡後，不妨上嚟食返碗瘋狂小麵充吓電再去下一站。😊💪🏻
