To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同男朋友出發去坪洲之前，係中環覓食。我知中環有間靚靚既cafe，想去打卡。食完發現唔單止有外表，亦都有内涵😌我地叫左五樣野﹕藍色螺旋藻乳酪碗、黄金香辣蜆肉意粉、藍莓乳酪芝士蛋糕、情迷朱古力、海鹽焦糖紫薯牛奶😋全部賣相都好吸睛，擺盤精美💕藍色螺旋藻乳酪碗顏色鮮艷，配料有水果、亞麻籽同黃金藜麥，好健康。👍🏻黄金香辣蜆肉意粉好特別，意粉配鹹蛋黃幾夾，蜆肉亦都冇沙。我最鍾意藍莓乳酪芝士蛋糕，雲石面靚靚，口感綿滑，完全冇罪惡感🙈情迷朱古力好得意，自己將無糖朱古力倒入心形杯到，同棉花糖溶為一體。海鹽焦糖紫薯牛奶好濃紫薯味又唔會好甜，睇得又飲得。餐廳佈置綠油油，佈滿花草，最岩打卡😆
