周末嘅時候約左好耐冇見嘅朋友去中環食番個靚brunch, 依間其實我都嚟過幾次,佢地最出名就係食牛扒。位置靠近中環大館,遠遠地可以望到大館和中環嘅城景,叫番杯酒都幾chill。Lunch set Appetizer Melted Provolone Cheese燒到好熱嘅鐵板上面放入熱熔provolone cheese,用叉輕輕一捲就會見到長長嘅拉絲。配搭法包一齊食就會更加滋味。Fugazetta Empanada 傳統阿根廷菜常見嘅小食,外型有如意式烤雲吞一樣。皮身香脆又有牛油香,內層係provolone cheese同埋焦糖洋蔥,充滿芝士嘅香味。Rump steak 係靠近牛臀嘅部位,牛肉味道極香濃。Medium rare內層仲係粉嫩,脂肪相對上比較少,但係勁多肉質。Grilled Spatchcock Chicken 雞腿部位預先醃製過,連同雞皮一齊煎香,內層雞肉嫩滑多汁。La Parrilla Steakhouse (中環)中環雲咸街77號嘉兆商業大廈1樓

Appetizer
Melted Provolone Cheese
燒到好熱嘅鐵板上面放入熱熔provolone cheese,用叉輕輕一捲就會見到長長嘅拉絲。配搭法包一齊食就會更加滋味。


Fugazetta Empanada
傳統阿根廷菜常見嘅小食,外型有如意式烤雲吞一樣。皮身香脆又有牛油香,內層係provolone cheese同埋焦糖洋蔥,充滿芝士嘅香味。


Rump steak
係靠近牛臀嘅部位,牛肉味道極香濃。Medium rare內層仲係粉嫩,脂肪相對上比較少,但係勁多肉質。


Grilled Spatchcock Chicken
雞腿部位預先醃製過,連同雞皮一齊煎香,內層雞肉嫩滑多汁。
