中環蘇豪區同上環都有好多印度餐廳,仲要好多才都高檔又高質!今日我哋去大館前就去咗Jashan Celebrating Indian Cuisine食個靚lunch,午餐時段過嚟除咗唔少印度客人,仲有好多中上環上班族。裝修幾精緻,淡黃色牆身加上深色木系餐桌餐椅,周圍都擺放咗印度風裝飾,牆上掛有象畫,部分座椅為沙發,非常舒適,印象深刻係閃令令cushions,超搶眼!今次lunch係全自助式,包一杯飲品,每人$148,坐耐少少傾耐少少都無問題。Mango lassi夠香濃,非常好飲,但飲到最後因為甜度比較高有少少膩。前菜有沙律菜、青瓜洋蔥蘿蔔、chaiwala同dahi papdi chaat,chaiwala超香脆,同薄荷醬好夾,dahi papdi chaat就係炸麵包粒加上脆條,再淋上醬汁,又甜又酸又鹹,味道豐富!旁邊仲有香口炸物,今次有Mix Pakora、corn cheeseball、炸魚同烤雞,其中比較特別嘅係mix pakora係炸西蘭花,外皮香脆,内餡有咬口。咖哩有butter chicken, keema matar, lasooni palak paneer, pin

咖哩有butter chicken, keema matar, lasooni palak paneer, pindi chana, yellow dal tadka, aloo capsicum。個人推薦牛油雞、菠菜芝士同青豆免治羊肉。牛油雞啖啖滑雞肉,咖哩辣度唔高易入口,淡淡油和。菠菜芝士味道比較清淡輕身,入口順滑。免治羊肉香濃惹味,帶微辣咖哩,好適合送飯或者用naan夾住食!

Garlic naan即叫即整,上枱夠曬熱,表面鋪滿香草微焦香,口感軟綿煙韌,蘸咖哩真係一流,仲要任食,我都忍唔到食咗兩round!米飯都有兩款選擇!

甜品區就提供左印度甜品同生果,有甜味好到位嘅gulab jamun,仲有兩款堅果酥糖同西瓜,未食過印度甜品要趁機淺嚐!
