屋企人話十幾年冇踏足過中環半山區, 想趁放假去食下野行下街, 佢哋特別鍾意食中菜,就特別揀咗名館~新派中菜連門面都零舍有格調定早咗位, 抵步時未到最多人嘅食飯時間, 去到八點就坐滿曬人喇。淨係睇餐牌唔知道三精品係啲咩, 好有神秘感😆 呢三樣果然係誠意之作, 叉燒極度鬆軟(成世人冇食過咁鬆軟嘅叉燒), 一絲絲肉質滲出肉汁, 加上香甜蜜汁, 真係極品。最簡單的菜式反而可見餐廳的功力, 娃娃菜用上湯烹調, 新鮮爽脆又吸收曬鮮甜嘅湯底, 鋪喺上面嘅蒜蓉加入了瑤柱一同爆炒, 為何整個菜式增添鑊氣。餐廳明顯蒜蓉娃娃菜芯, 使用最嫩的部分✨✨跟住就到全場焦點啦 蜂蜜柚子蝦球!!見到一嚿嚿飽滿金黃色嘅炸蝦球, 單論賣相已經冇得輸。香甜蜂蜜柚子醬汁上加入了芝麻粒和青檸片, 入口感覺好清新! 鬆脆嘅炸粉包住原隻大蝦, 爽口彈牙鮮甜 ,高度推介!好少喺茶樓叫燉湯, 見之前咁多食評都推介,一於試下。用茶壺裝住燉湯幾新奇有趣喎, 方便分配, 又有啲玩味。燉湯一倒出嚟已經散發出陣陣椰子香。燉湯清澈見底, 但味道濃郁, 除了椰子香外, 有非常鮮甜的肉味, 燉湯餚出鱷魚肉和豬骨的鮮甜, 仲有唔少川貝, 十分適合秋天
