以一個瓦煲盛載上桌, 我在舀芋頭鹹肉飯的時候發現底部是白飯!
 原來師傅別有用心,表面是芋頭鹹肉炒飯,底部是蒸芋頭的白飯,整體散發香濃芋香,芋頭又夠粉!飯粒炒得乾身而均勻入味,美中不足是缺乏飯焦!其水準卻令大家失望!
 恐怕我也不懂得欣賞!
