To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日約咗一班朋友去食中菜，朋友介紹去中環交易廣場食，估唔到原來依度有間咁高質嘅翠玉軒🫶🏻安格斯牛肉叉燒平時豬肉做嘅叉燒就食得多，牛肉都係第一次食，估唔到牛肉同平時做差啲燒嘅醬汁都咁夾，食落口感軟熟🥰清心潤肺素湯(位上) 雖然係素湯，但個湯飲落好清甜超足料，有無花果、雪耳、海底椰，飲完覺得超滋潤❤️腿茸醬炒鮑魚伴牛蒡炸得香脆嘅牛蒡，配上彈牙嘅鮑魚，口感豐富👍🏻生燒原條火煎魷魚原條火煎嘅魷魚，食落嗰邊少少香脆，口感軟熟又咬口😍陳皮豉汁蒸海鰻平時我自己麻麻哋食鰻魚，但估唔到呢個食落又幾特別，因為估唔到佢食落去係口感咁有彈性👍🏻玫瑰岩鹽蒸嘉美雞呢個係必點推介，啲雞肉入口香滑細嫩，輕輕點啲鹽已經好好食🤤昆布海蝦豆腐鍋昆布湯入口清甜，豆腐香滑仲朔晒啲湯汁😍最後我哋揀咗幾款甜品share一齊食，我自己就鍾意雪糕嫲嫲餅，熱辣辣嘅朱古力曲奇，配上冰凍嘅雪糕，口感豐富❤️
