Fassona Beef 都係其中一樣好值得一試既菜式,牛隻都係來自義大利既高山飼養,所以牛肉特別嫩滑,唔會太多脂肪,亦都有牛味,十分不錯。
牛扒仲配上四種唔同既醬料:義大利黑醋,意大利特級初榨橄欖油,黑松露意大利特級初榨橄欖油,檸檬香草,真係好滿足。
